The work will eventually be done correctly, but... after an obstacle course.If you want to make the warranty work, their after-sales service does not have the necessary skills to provide you with information, ignoring the basics of the building trade. Don't tell them about the ten-year guarantee, they don't know what it is.It was only after multiple phone calls, two registered letters, including a formal notice and 6 months later that the repairs were finally carried out. This time, carefully.We regret that these are systematically workers who speak French with great difficulty. The language barrier hinders communication once the workers are on site.

After having done the exterior insulation, really disappointed, no foam or smoothing adjustments to the walls, not straight anymore, not a word in French when we get them on the phone, they tell us, we won't get back to you with any news, but for the money, I know. the first in the final I will have to play the legal insurance nothing in standards not of the profession they are Moldovans they understand nothing however I have been in the profession since 2000 never seen it so sloppy and final result to vomit I regret my choice to pay more for a best result I am waiting to return the signed papers once we have taken care of my after-sales service house made in 2 days insulation and 2 layers fil glue the same day under high heat not to be done fortunately I asked to stop otherwise he would have done the plastering on the same day, never seen before
